Job Overview:
Jimmy’s Roofing LLC, a respected roofing company in San Antonio, TX, is hiring a Roofing Sales Representative. This remote position lets you manage your own schedule, working directly with customers to offer quality roofing services. You will generate new leads, conduct roof inspections, and guide clients from the first consultation to project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads through door-to-door canvassing and cold calling as needed.
- Conduct roof inspections to identify repair or replacement needs, and provide accurate estimates.
- Explain roofing solutions to customers, including details on insurance claims when relevant.
- Close sales effectively, prioritizing customer satisfaction and high service standards.
- Work with production teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain clear communication with customers throughout the project for a positive experience.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED; prior sales experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work remotely with a flexible schedule.
- Comfortable climbing ladders for rooftop inspections.
- Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and customer service.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined.
- Spanish fluency is a plus but not required.
Hours:
This role offers flexible scheduling, mostly Monday through Friday, with some evening or weekend availability needed to meet customer needs. You will have control over your hours as long as sales targets and customer needs are met.
Compensation:
This commission-based role has substantial earning potential based on your sales performance. Base salary and commission opportunities will be discussed during the interview.
