Roofing Sales Representative

Job Overview:
Jimmy’s Roofing LLC, a trusted roofing company in San Antonio, TX, is seeking a driven and customer-focused Roofing Sales Representative to join our team. This is a remote position, where you’ll have the flexibility to manage your own schedule and work directly with customers to provide high-quality roofing solutions. As a Roofing Sales Representative, you’ll play a critical role in generating new leads, conducting roof inspections, and guiding customers through the sales process, from initial consultation to project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on new roofing leads, including door-to-door canvassing and cold calling when necessary.
• Conduct roof inspections to assess potential repair or replacement needs and provide accurate estimates.
• Educate and guide customers through roofing solutions, including insurance claims when applicable.
• Close sales effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a high standard of service.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely and quality project completion.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers to ensure a positive experience throughout the project.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; sales experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing a flexible schedule.
• Ability to climb ladders and inspect rooftops.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a goal-oriented mindset.
• Spanish fluency is a plus but not required.

Hours:
This position allows for a flexible schedule, with most work occurring Monday through Friday, with some evening and weekend availability required to accommodate customer schedules. You’ll have the autonomy to set your hours, provided you meet sales targets and customer needs.

Compensation:
This is a commission-based role with the potential for substantial earnings based on sales performance. Base salary plus commission opportunities will be discussed during the interview process.
